Prestige Drain Solutions offers professional pipe inspection, descaling, hydrojetting, and relining services for both residential and commercial properties. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.

By scheduling or requesting any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. All appointments and services are subject to availability and confirmation. We will notify you if there are any changes to scheduled services.
3. Fees and Payments
Fees for services are outlined at the time of booking and may vary based on the complexity and scope of the job. Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods agreed upon at the time of service. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the invoice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a fee may apply.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about the service you are requesting, including the condition of the pipes or system to be inspected or serviced. You are responsible for ensuring that access to the relevant areas is clear and that any necessary preparations are made before our technicians arrive.
6. Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services, Prestige Drain Solutions will not be liable for damages or issues that arise outside of our control, including pre-existing conditions in pipes or systems that may affect the success of our work.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
